Craniosacral Biodynamic Therapy is a holistic modality centered on the body-mind system’s inherent capacity to self-organize, heal, and restore health from within.
Although practitioners learn the same foundational techniques used in mechanical craniosacral therapy (commonly associated with the Upledger approach), the perspective is different in that diagnosis and treatment are guided by the body’s own health and intrinsic blueprint.
Mechanical craniosacral therapy relies on the practitioner actively identifying dysfunctions (problems), forming specific intentions, and applying external force to correct issues (fixing them). This is an external approach – Yang.
In contrast, the biodynamic approach is non-invasive and grounded in essential neutrality. Rather than directing outcomes, biodynamic practitioners cultivate a safe relational space and subtle holding field. This supports the emergence of deep stillness, allowing the client’s innate healing intelligence to guide the process entirely from within. This is an internal approach – Yin.

For over two decades, I have been on a dedicated and transformative path as a Craniosacral Therapist. I began my journey practicing shiatsu in an acupuncture clinic in Brazil. Shortly after moving my practice to the US, I completed my first craniosacral therapy training in 1999 and that was the year I found my calling. I have since completed the advanced practitioner and teacher training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.
I have practiced and taught across Brazil and the US and have sought advanced specialization in Switzerland and Prague. I am currently teaching and practicing in Alaska and Southern Oregon in the United States.
I have carefully curated my craniosacral practice to include cupping, gua sha, reflexology, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
When I am not immersed in the world of healing, you may find me exploring the local wilderness, dancing, singing, listening to music, enjoying nourishing and delicious food with friends and family, or traveling and experiencing different cultures.
My journey has taken me deep into the realms of holistic healing, nurturing a profound connection between mind, body, and spirit. It is always an honor to support my clients to rediscover their own inner healer and innate vital essence.
