Healing Dance ~ Dance Consano, Somatic Stretching Series
Discover your body’s natural rhythmic healing process. Dance Consano is a gentle guided dance and stretch innovation to improve neuroplasticity and cellular rejuvenation.
Encourage your body to constructively rest; stimulate and relax your somatic system to aid in reducing cortisol levels and begin to heal deeper from a cellular level.
This class is open to all and designed to prevent, and also help rehabilitate those who are injured or in recovery.
