Taoist Temple Seated QiGong

This video allows you to follow the most fundamental Taoist meditation of our school:  3 Centers Meditation, followed by Taoist Temple Seated QiGong.  So brew yourself a hot cup of green tea, get comfortable and follow along as you center, breathe, and heal for the next hour.

Meditation QiGong Tai Chi

A jewel found in our archives, this video from 1998 will take you through 3 Centered Meditation, Seated and Standing Meditation, Hung Ha QiGong, and 24-Movement Yang Style Tai Chi. Breathe with our Master Healer & Master Teacher, Tao Shih Pei Wo Lun, who has been practicing these spiritual arts of self-cultivation for more than 30 years. Enjoy! And please, clear some space and move right along with him.

Neck and Back Pain QiGong

Gui Gen QiGong

Enjoy this 18 minute video showing the Gui Gen QiGong form.  Many instructors and students of our school learned this form on one of our study tours to China.  We love practicing it, and hope you will too!
